Havelock deserves better than end-of-the-route service.
Havelock sits in a service gap. It's big enough to deserve real HVAC coverage, but the New Bern and Morehead City companies tend to treat it as the last stop on the route. We don't. Havelock and Cherry Point sit square in our five-county footprint, and the work here, from hardworking ranch houses to MCAS families on tight schedules to humidity rolling off the Neuse, is exactly the work we're set up for.
You get the same treatment our Pollocksville neighbors get. Flat written pricing, techs who explain what they found, and repair-versus-replace advice you could repeat to your father-in-law with a straight face.
Where we work in Craven County
Most of Havelock is Duke Energy Progress territory. The Smart $aver program rebates qualifying high-efficiency heat pump replacements, with larger amounts when you're replacing electric strip or resistance heat. The tier amounts change, so we confirm current figures when we quote and handle the paperwork. Energy Saver NC state rebates, up to $8,000 for income-qualified households, stack on top.

Cherry Point schedules
MCAS families and contractors work shifts that don’t fit "sometime Tuesday." We schedule real windows and confirm by text.
1960s to 80s housing stock
A lot of Havelock went up during earlier base expansions. Original duct layouts, added-on rooms, and electric strip heat that costs a fortune to run. These homes gain the most from heat pump upgrades and duct sealing, and the rebates lean the same way.
Package units and manufactured homes
Common along the 70 corridor between Havelock and Newport, and poorly served by companies that only want to sell split systems. We size, set, and service package units properly.
Humidity off the river
Slocum Creek and Neuse-side neighborhoods carry a real moisture load. If the house feels cool but clammy, ask about a humidity diagnosis. The answer is often ductwork or dehumidification, not more AC.

Havelock questions, answered
Do you actually cover Havelock, or is it "extended service area" pricing?
Full coverage at standard pricing. Havelock is about 30 minutes from our shop, closer than half the places the New Bern companies advertise. Craven County is home territory for us.
My home still has electric baseboard or strip heat. What are my options?
You’re the ideal rebate candidate. Replacing electric resistance heat with an efficient heat pump earns the top tiers of Duke’s Smart $aver program and counts as an electric-to-electric replacement under Energy Saver NC, worth up to $8,000 for income-qualified households. It’s also the biggest operating-cost drop of any upgrade we do.
Do you service package units?
Yes. Repair, replacement, and maintenance. Package units are everywhere in and around Havelock, and they deserve better than the shrug they get from split-system-only companies.
Need heating or air help in Havelock?
Tell us what’s going on and we’ll call you back promptly during business hours. No-cooling and no-heat calls get same-day priority.
